1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TimePulse.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. TimePulse is a product of Selsoft, based in Allen, Texas. All services provided are subject to the laws of the State of Texas.
2. AI Extraction and Accuracy
TimePulse provides AI-powered timesheet extraction. While we strive for 99.9% accuracy, users are responsible for final verification of all extracted data before finalizing billing and invoices. Selsoft is not liable for financial discrepancies resulting from unverified AI extractions.
3. Subscription & Termination
Your subscription is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard. Selsoft reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms of use or engage in fraudulent activity within the TimePulse ecosystem.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of TimePulse shall be settled in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
